Homeless Support Services with Accommodation in Mansfield

Mansfield District Council is seeking a qualified provider to deliver support services for homeless people and those at risk of homelessness within the Mansfield District. The provider must secure and manage a minimum of 40 self-contained or shared accommodation units across various locations in the district. All accommodation must meet strict safety and health standards, with no Category 1 or 2 hazards under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), and comply with all relevant housing regulations. This contract covers support services only and does not include property rental costs. The successful provider must be fully operational and ready to commence service delivery by 1st September 2026. The contract period runs from 1st September 2026 to 31st March 2029, with a total budget allocation of £462,892.40 over the contract term.
