    Brief

    Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking multiple providers to deliver community support services through a Framework agreement. Services will support children and families requiring statutory intervention, including disabled children and those at risk of or in care. The Framework encompasses Short Break packages, outreach and wrap-around support, urgent support (24-48 hours response), and complex support delivery. Providers will work collaboratively with the Council through call-off agreements to serve approximately 58,305 children and young people in Stoke-on-Trent, with particular focus on the 8,703 with Special Educational Needs and the 455-249 currently known to social care. This is a multi-provider procurement to build a broad delivery network across the region.
