Integrated Cloud Housing Management Platform - Market Engagement Opportunity

Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is seeking qualified suppliers to participate in a market engagement exercise for a new integrated cloud-hosted housing management system. MKCC manages over 12,000 council-owned and leasehold properties and currently uses housing management software across 400+ users. The council seeks a single, unified platform to consolidate all housing and property management functions, replacing fragmented systems currently in use. Key Requirements: The solution must deliver a comprehensive, cloud-hosted platform including: asset management (stock condition monitoring, compliance tracking for gas/electrical/asbestos, planned maintenance, EPC management), integrated repairs and contractor management, customer relationship management (CRM) with 24/7 chatbot support, end-to-end housing operations (tenancies, rents, arrears, service charges, leaseholder management, complaints, voids), resident and leaseholder portals, mobile working capabilities, and reporting dashboards. The platform must integrate with NEC's corporate document management system, support data warehousing with Power BI compatibility, and enable statutory returns (H-CLIC and CORE). The solution should feature open APIs and IoT integration capabilities to support future flexibility and innovation.
