Safer Sleep Equipment and Support Provider for Infants in Cornwall

Public Health is seeking a Provider to deliver a Safer Sleep Equipment Scheme in Cornwall. This scheme provides bundles of essential safe sleeping equipment to families with infants under one year old who are experiencing unstable housing, homelessness, or crisis situations and lack access to safer sleeping equipment. The Provider will deliver safe sleep education and connect families to local support services, including Start For Life offerings, to ensure holistic family support. The scheme aims to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) by providing both physical equipment and practical guidance. Providers will measure and evidence outputs and outcomes demonstrating impact on infant safety and family wellbeing. This service will integrate with Cornwall's wider safer sleep initiative to create a coordinated support network for vulnerable families with young infants.
