Supported Accommodation for Young People Aged 16+

This is a framework contract opportunity for the provision of supported accommodation services for young people aged 16 and over. The initial contract period is 3 years, with two optional extension periods of 12 months each, potentially extending the framework to 5 years total. The framework will be reopened in the third year to allow new providers to join. All terms are governed by the Procurement Act 2023, with the initial framework lasting no more than 3 years and any extension period lasting no more than 2 years. Providers should be prepared to deliver quality supported accommodation services throughout the contract term.
