The scope includes: establishing a new communications room and IT installation areas; procuring and installing broadband connectivity and network equipment; deploying Wi-Fi access points for corporate and guest networks; installing audiovisual equipment in staff bedrooms, guest bedrooms, and meeting rooms; providing specialized TV protective hardware for ligature-safe rooms; installing ten workstations; managing printer relocation; integrating CCTV and door access systems; supporting sensory room and Building Management System (BMS) connectivity; enabling EV charging network connectivity; deploying Microsoft Teams VoIP telephony systems; and installing information display screens for reception.
