Brief

Saints Community Development Foundation seeks a provider to deliver integrated health and wellbeing programmes during 2026/27. Healthy Hearts programme delivers six weekly one-hour heart health education sessions across 20 primary schools targeting Year 5 pupils, with priority given to schools with highest childhood overweight and obesity rates. Building Foundations programme provides six separate seven-week wellbeing courses (three for men, three for women) in identified communities, aiming to engage 40 men and 40 women participants, with wellbeing outcomes measured before and after participation using SWEMWBS assessment. The successful provider will leverage stadium facilities and promote key public health campaigns to support broader Public Health objectives.
