Digital Support Service for Unpaid Carers - G Cloud 14 Framework Agreement

This is a 12-month Digital Support Service contract procured through the G Cloud 14 framework by Stockton Council on behalf of 12 North East local authorities. The service supports local authorities in fulfilling Care Act obligations by identifying and engaging unpaid carers who are not currently known to or actively engaged with traditional local support services. Key objectives include: identifying previously unknown carers who may not self-identify as unpaid carers; increasing engagement with underrepresented groups such as working-age carers and male carers who cannot access services during standard working hours; and providing accessible information on financial support and emotional wellbeing resources to reduce demand on local carer services. The contract is valued at £312,894 across participating authorities (Durham £49,282, Northumberland £38,476, Newcastle £0, Sunderland £35,375, North Tyneside £31,326, Gateshead £30,419, Stockton-on-Tees £27,000, South Tyneside £25,971, Middlesbrough £25,626, Redcar & Cleveland £25,095, Darlington £22,462, Hartlepool £20,862). The service provider is Mobilise, selected through an existing collaborative agreement established by Durham Council.
