    Brief

Dublin City Council is establishing a multi-party framework agreement to procure construction services for nature-based solutions and green infrastructure projects across parkland, residential areas, and urban streetscapes in Dublin. The successful contractor will also provide Project Supervisor for Construction Safety (PSCS) services. Contract awards will be determined through a cascade method for projects valued at €50,000 or less, and mini-competitions for projects exceeding €50,000. This procurement follows EU Directive 2014/24/EU and uses the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. The council reserves the right to negotiate with some or all qualified applicants on any aspect of the service, or to award contracts directly from initial tenders without further negotiation. Interested suppliers should review the full documentation available on www.etenders.gov.ie for additional details and application requirements.
