Recruit and Manage User Research Participants

The Department for Education (DfE) is seeking a supplier to recruit, screen, and manage participants for user research activities across various policy and service areas. The supplier will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including reviewing recruitment briefs, sourcing and screening participants against agreed criteria, scheduling attendance, managing communications, administering incentives, and providing reporting. Key responsibilities include supporting accessibility and inclusion requirements with technical testing where needed, and identifying recruitment risks early. Research activities will be delivered through remote, face-to-face, or hybrid models. The supplier should have experience in participant recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse participant populations while maintaining detailed management information and reporting.
