    Brief

The Contracting Authority is seeking qualified suppliers to join a new multi-supplier framework for the provision of minor works services across 14 specialist lots. This is an open competitive procedure where suppliers can tender for one or more lots that match their expertise. Framework Lots Available: - Lot 1: Mechanical Services - Lot 2: Electrical Services - Lot 3: Roofing & Fascias - Lot 4: Building and Joinery - Lot 5: Civils - Lot 6: Exterior Painting - Lot 7: Footpath and Carriageway Works including Ducting Works - Lot 8: Drainage Works - Lot 9: Street Lighting and Traffic Signal Works - Lot 10: Residential Extensions under Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) - Lot 11: Architects for DFG Projects - Lot 12: Fire Door Repairs - Lot 13: Door Entry Systems - Lot 14: Solar Installations Once appointed to the framework, suppliers will be pre-approved for work orders under their selected lots. The framework will be the primary route for sourcing minor works services, ensuring compliance with procurement processes, value for money, and efficient delivery. Engagement with suppliers outside the framework will only occur in exceptional circumstances where the framework cannot meet specific technical requirements, capacity constraints exist, or there is demonstrable added benefit, subject to appropriate governance approval.
