Client Transport Services for Brookways School (2026-2034)

This is a transportation contract opportunity for Brookways School to provide client transport services from 2026 to 2034. The service involves transporting 3 students from Woking and Ripley to Brookways School in Sutton using one 5-passenger MPV vehicle. One Personal Assistant (PA) must accompany the students and be trained to safely secure seat belts and harnesses. The PA must be aware of a medical tube/button that students may have and must inform attending medics of its presence in case of accident. The tube/button should not be used for feeding or administering medicines during transport. Suppliers should ensure they have appropriate vehicles, trained staff, and knowledge of student-specific medical requirements.
