    Donegal County Council is seeking an Engineering Services Provider (ESP) to design and manage the connection of households and private Group Water Schemes (GWSs) in Letterbrick to the public water supply network. The scope of work includes: civil and hydraulic design services; environmental and ecological assessments; planning application preparation and submission; construction tender documentation and tender process administration (publication, clarifications, evaluation); construction contract award and management; and Project Supervisor for Design Process (PSDP) responsibilities. This is a full-service engagement covering all phases from design through construction contract administration. Qualified engineering firms with experience in water infrastructure projects, environmental compliance, and public procurement processes are encouraged to apply.
