Omagh St Patrick's Day Event Management 2027-2028

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking experienced organisations to plan, manage and deliver the Omagh St Patrick's Day Celebration for 2027 and 2028. This is a flagship event for County Tyrone designed to attract visitors across the district and beyond. The event comprises two main components: (1) a large-scale community parade through Omagh town centre featuring local schools, cultural groups, performers, businesses and pipe bands, and (2) a town centre animation and entertainment programme that creates a welcoming and engaging visitor experience. The Council welcomes submissions from commercial organisations, community and voluntary organisations, social enterprises and consortia. Bidders should demonstrate relevant experience in community engagement, event management, creative facilitation, cultural programming and/or project delivery. Consortium bids are encouraged where partners bring complementary skills, experience and local knowledge to strengthen contract delivery.
