Network and Connectivity Services for Underlay, OT Mobile, and Co-Managed Operations

Anglian Water seeks suppliers to provide comprehensive network and connectivity services across three key areas: (1) Underlay Connectivity Services - carrier-based transport and access infrastructure including private WAN, internet, corporate mobile, cloud, satellite, and voice connectivity to connect sites, users, cloud platforms, and operational environments with reliable performance and resilience; (2) OT Mobile Connectivity Services - managed cellular connectivity for operational technology assets with secure private connectivity, flexible network access, and centralized SIM lifecycle management across multiple networks; and (3) Co-Managed Network Services - collaborative operational support combining supplier expertise with retained internal control over strategy and governance, encompassing network monitoring, incident management, change implementation, infrastructure administration, service reporting, hardware maintenance, and field engineering. Solutions must support evolving capacity and performance requirements over the contract term across both IT and OT domains. Out of scope: LAN and Wi-Fi assets, firewalls, cloud-based security services, and contact center services.
