Community Facilitator for Short Breaks Programme (2026-2029)

The Regional Partnership Board (RPB) is seeking a third sector organisation to employ and manage a Short Breaks Community Facilitator role for the period 2026-2029. Key responsibilities include: facilitating short breaks services for unpaid carers, administering and managing small grants allocated to eligible carers, developing and implementing processes and procedures in collaboration with statutory partners, and supporting carers to access respite care opportunities. The successful organisation will need to demonstrate experience in partnership working, carers support, grants management, and the ability to work effectively with public sector agencies. This role is essential for improving access to short breaks and supporting unpaid carers across the region.
