Health and Wellbeing Support Service for Schools and Early Years Settings

Westminster City Council is seeking a provider to deliver integrated health and wellbeing services across schools and early years settings. The service will support implementation of evidence-based health programmes aligned with Healthy Schools London and Healthy Early Years London frameworks, addressing health inequalities and promoting physical, mental health, and overall wellbeing through a whole-setting approach. Key components include: curriculum support for Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PHSE), assistance with mapping and analysing current health provision to meet statutory requirements, and a dedicated Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme. The domestic abuse strand will help schools develop comprehensive approaches to healthy relationships, including staff training and integration with Relationships and Sex Health Education (RSHE). The service is designed to create a cohesive, evidence-based health promotion environment that benefits all children and young people in Westminster's educational settings.
