Data Strategy and Cyber Advisory Services for IT Modernization

Wales & West Utilities (WWU) is seeking a Data Advisory Services partner to provide independent, vendor-neutral expert guidance on data strategy, governance, analytics, architecture, and emerging technologies. The successful partner will support WWU's IT, Cyber, Risk, Asset, and Business functions with evidence-based advisory services to drive informed decision-making and capability maturation. This engagement supports WWU's ongoing IT and data landscape modernization. Key service areas include: data governance improvements, data-driven decision-making, technology roadmap planning, benchmarking against industry standards, cyber risk and compliance alignment, and adoption of modern data platforms and architectures. The partner must provide subject matter expertise at CIO level covering cyber, IT vendor management, architecture, and relevant toolkits, plus access to domain-specific conferences to keep WWU informed of industry developments.
