Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service for Flintshire County Council

Flintshire County Council is seeking suppliers to deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) contracts as part of the Connect to Work North Wales Programme. The service will support people with disabilities to find and maintain sustainable local employment through integrated support combining employment services with primary and secondary health services and other support provisions. The IPS service will build on the successful Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (IPSPC) model to support individuals with mild to moderate health and physical health conditions. The service will complement (but remain separate from) existing IPS provisions for severe mental illness and alcohol and drug dependence.
