Brief

The Irish Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation is seeking qualified suppliers to provide fuel charge card services through a single supplier framework contract. The contract is divided into three separate lots, each resulting in an independent framework agreement: Lot 1 serves An Garda Síochána (Irish Police), Lot 2 serves the Health Sector, and Lot 3 serves all other specified government entities excluding the police and health sectors. Suppliers may bid for one or multiple lots. This framework contract will govern the provision of fuel card services, including card issuance, account management, and fuel purchasing capabilities for the respective sectors. Full service details are outlined in Appendix 1 of the Request for Tender (RFT).
