Professional Learning Services Framework

Stirling Council is seeking suppliers to deliver high-quality professional learning services through a framework agreement. The framework will cover the provision of formal qualifications, certificated courses, and evidence-based learning programmes. This opportunity is open to training providers and educational service suppliers who can demonstrate quality delivery, relevant expertise, and the ability to meet council standards. Suppliers selected for the framework will be eligible to compete for individual contract awards as the council's learning needs arise. The framework will enable efficient procurement of diverse learning services across the organization while ensuring consistent quality standards and value for money.
