Secure Telephone System for Young People's Centre

This contract seeks a supplier to provide and maintain a secure telephone system specifically designed for use by young people at a residential or day-care centre. The system must include the following key features: (1) a configurable contact whitelist that can be easily updated by Administrative Support Center (ASC) staff to manage approved contacts; (2) individual call minute allocations for each young person to control usage; and (3) secure access controls to ensure appropriate use. The supplier will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, technical support, and system updates throughout the contract term. This is an opportunity for telecommunications or specialized youth services vendors to demonstrate their ability to provide secure, monitored communication solutions for vulnerable young people in care settings.
