The Hampshire Pension Fund seeks specialist tax advisory services to manage US federal and state tax compliance for its investment activities from 2025 to 2028. Services include preparation and filing of US tax returns with all associated schedules and supporting documentation, submission and management of withholding tax recovery claims across relevant jurisdictions including those covered by double taxation treaties, and comprehensive post-filing support such as responding to tax authority inquiries and managing appeals. Additional advisory services may be provided including ongoing tax compliance guidance, assistance with reporting obligations, liaison with custodians and service providers, and expert guidance on international tax law and regulatory changes. This is a four-year professional advisory service contract. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in US tax law, pension fund investments, cross-border tax compliance, and tax authority interactions.
