Fleet Management Services and Supplies Framework - 48 Month Agreement

Hertfordshire County Council and The Procurement Partnership Ltd are establishing a 48-month Closed Framework Agreement for the supply of fleet management services and supplies to public sector organizations across the United Kingdom. This open procedure framework is available to local authorities, NHS bodies, schools, emergency services, charities, and other public sector entities. The framework is organized into five specialist lots: Fleet Management Services, Tyres and Ancillary Services, Fuel Cards, Vehicle and Equipment Disposal, and Fleet Management Software. Suppliers appointed to this framework will provide services nationally or regionally according to lot requirements and individual contracting authority needs. Call-off contracts can be awarded either directly through the package system without reopening competition or through competitive selection processes, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent service standards and compliance. Suppliers should be prepared to meet detailed specifications outlined in procurement documents and deliver services to multiple public sector organizations.
