DFC Strategic Partnership Framework for Professional Services

The Department for Communities (DfC) and its Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs) are seeking a single strategic supplier partner to provide professional services and consultancy support. This Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise, managed by Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD), invites interested suppliers to participate in establishing a framework agreement. The successful supplier will deliver professional services across multiple work packages, including consultancy support, specialized expertise, and staff substitution services. This framework is designed to support DfC's strategic objectives by providing access to specialist capabilities and capacity when internal resources are unavailable or unsuitable. The selected supplier will manage and deliver all services in accordance with the framework agreement, specification, and associated contract documents.
