Community Hub and Toilet Facilities Refurbishment Project - Expression of Interest

Padstow Town Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors for a project involving three main components: (1) refurbishment of the Community Hub roof including replacement of fascias, barges, gutters, and extension of yard fencing; (2) refurbishment of Cory toilets and Railway toilets; and (3) construction of a new toilet block at Lawn's car park in Padstow, Cornwall. The works are scheduled for Q4 2026. Interested contractors should email their expressions of interest to the Town Clerk at enquiries@padstow-tc.gov.uk. Tender documents will be issued to selected contractors from 17 August 2026, with a four-week tender period.
