Building Condition Survey

This opportunity seeks qualified contractors to conduct a comprehensive Building Condition Survey. The survey will assess the physical condition, structural integrity, and maintenance needs of the building(s). The work includes detailed inspections of all major systems including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundations, and interior/exterior components. The contractor will document findings with photographs and provide a detailed report with recommendations for repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance. Suppliers should have experience in building assessments, knowledge of building codes and standards, and the ability to deliver professional documentation suitable for asset management and capital planning purposes.
