IT Managed Services Contract for Red Kite Community Housing

Red Kite Community Housing is seeking a new IT Managed Services provider to replace their current contract, which expires on 31 March 2027. The successful bidder will be appointed by end of 2026, with services operationally live by 1 April 2027. Scope includes: complete technical architecture and design; first, second, and third-line service desk support; 24/7 proactive monitoring and Security Operations Centre; hosting and infrastructure management (excluding current supplier's non-transferable assets); resilient connectivity and internet access; on-site engineer support 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at Head Office; end-user device build and maintenance; patching to Cyber Essentials Plus standards; backup and disaster recovery for cloud, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 services; inventory and capacity management; and up to 60 ad-hoc project days annually. Contract duration: 3 years initial term with three optional 1-year extensions, totalling up to 6 years.
