NHS Patient Experience Platform - Market Engagement Opportunity

The Trust is seeking to renew its patient experience platform, which expires in December 2026. This is a market engagement opportunity (not a formal tender) to help the Trust understand current solutions, innovations, and service delivery models available. You are invited to participate if you: deliver managed patient experience and feedback services to NHS Community and Mental Health Trusts; have proven implementations within the last 3 years; can integrate with Rio and/or SystemOne; meet DSPT standards, ISO27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus certification; and have extensive NHS experience with large trusts. Participation involves one online discussion via Microsoft Teams on 15 July 2026. These conversations are voluntary, confidential, and will not influence any future formal procurement process. The Trust will use insights gathered to refine future requirements and procurement strategy. Interested suppliers should express interest and provide a brief overview of relevant experience delivering similar solutions in NHS Community and Mental Health Trust settings.
