Cloud-Based Service User Database System for Western Care Association

Western Care Association is seeking a qualified contractor to design, configure, implement, migrate, and support a modern, cloud-based Service User Database System built on Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform. The solution must replace the organization's existing system and deliver significant improvements across multiple areas: (1) Modernisation and Transformation - implement a contemporary, cloud-ready platform with mobile capabilities that improves staff workflows across all settings and enables automation and future innovation; (2) Integrated Operations - provide a unified view of each service user by consolidating relevant information to support coordinated care and informed decision-making; (3) Collaboration and Communication - ensure the system integrates seamlessly with existing communication and productivity tools to enable task management, coordinated working, and access to organizational guidance; (4) Security and Data Protection - meet stringent security standards, ensure full GDPR compliance, and strengthen governance, audit, and reporting capabilities for sensitive personal data. The contractor should demonstrate expertise in digital transformation, contemporary platform implementation, and healthcare/social care sector requirements.
