Clerk of Works for 291 Harrow Road Development

This is an opportunity to appoint a Clerk of Works to join the Compliance Monitoring Team for the 291 Harrow Road development project. The role runs from RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) through the entire construction phase. As Clerk of Works, you will be responsible for on-site monitoring and quality assurance activities on behalf of the Employer, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building standards, and construction contracts. Key responsibilities include daily site inspections, defect identification and reporting, materials and workmanship verification, and liaison between the design team and contractors.
