Open Regulation Document Standard MVP Pilot

This opportunity involves developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the Open Regulation Document Standard (ORDS) to help DBT (Department for Business and Trade) teams better access, structure, and manage regulatory content and metadata. The scope includes full design, build, and testing of the solution, along with implementation support and stakeholder engagement.
