Multi-disciplinary Engineering Design Services for Sliabh Beagh Eco-Tourism Project

Monaghan County Council is seeking a multi-disciplinary design team to progress Stages 1-2 of the Sliabh Beagh Eco-Tourism Project, a €6 million initiative funded under the Shared Island Programme. The project encompasses four main elements: (A) upgrades and new links for walking, cycling, and equestrian trails; (B) development of Knockatallon village green as a key arrival hub; (C) gateway signage into the Sliabh Beagh area; and (D) three public art installations, one in each council area. The successful consultancy team will be responsible for advancing these elements through planning phase, detailed design, and preparation for tender stage. The team must also serve as Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) throughout these stages. This is an excellent opportunity for multidisciplinary consultancies with experience in tourism infrastructure, landscape design, planning coordination, and public art integration.
