Multifunctional Print Device Support and Maintenance Services in Ireland

The Contracting Entity seeks a single supplier to establish a framework agreement for comprehensive support and maintenance of approximately 200 print and plotting devices distributed across multiple office locations in Ireland. Services include management of a 'follow-me' print software solution, scan-to-email functionality, next business day support for repairs and maintenance, and fleet management across all office sites. The framework offers flexibility to expand the supported device fleet through leasing, rental, or purchase options. Suppliers will be evaluated on their capability to deliver consistent service quality across all locations, responsiveness of support, and fleet management expertise. The estimated contract value is €420,420 (excluding VAT) over the maximum framework term. The framework agreement runs for 5 years with options for three annual extensions (5+1+1+1 structure).
