Children's Outdoor Play Area and Garden Refurbishment

This project involves refurbishing an existing outdoor courtyard at a hospital facility to create a new Children's Outdoor Play Area and Garden. Work must be completed according to project drawings (reference H7539-EXI-XX-00-DR-A-0101). Access to the site is through an active hospital environment, requiring careful coordination. All material deliveries and debris removal must occur outside operating hours (before 08:00 or after 16:30) and must be pre-arranged with the hospital Trust. Materials must be moved by hand or hand-powered equipment only—no motorized equipment permitted in interior spaces. All spills must be cleaned immediately, particularly those from loading and unloading activities. Due to the site's proximity to a special care baby unit, noise must be minimized to essential levels only. Contractors must demonstrate experience working in healthcare environments with strict operational constraints.
