Design and Build Residential Housing Block C at Dundrum Road Newcastle

This design and build contract involves the complete design, construction, and handover of Block C residential housing units at 113–115 Dundrum Road, Newcastle. The Contractor must deliver all aspects including architectural and engineering design development, construction, installation of services and utilities, siteworks and drainage, statutory testing and commissioning, and all necessary regulatory approvals. The completed facility must be fully functional and ready for occupation. The scope includes all external works and interfaces required for Block C only; Blocks A and B are excluded from this contract. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring full compliance with the Employer's Requirements, the Specification, and all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
