Keyworker Service for Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole

NHS Dorset is seeking a sole supplier to deliver the Dorset Keyworker Service across the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area. This targeted service supports children and young people diagnosed with learning disabilities and/or autism who are inpatients in, or at risk of admission to, mental health hospitals. The keyworker will help service users and their families navigate mental health services and reduce the risk of hospital admission. Service commencement is 1 February 2027 for an initial term of 14 months with an optional 12-month extension. The contract value for the initial term is £268,333 (£230,000 per annum). Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in supporting vulnerable young people, understanding of mental health services, and ability to work with families in a person-centered way.
