    Brief

This competitive contract opportunity involves delivering responsive maintenance and emergency repair services across a region's residential and commercial properties. Services include 24/7/365 emergency repairs, void property preparation, civil engineering work, asbestos remediation, fire safety compliance, and property inspections. Successful suppliers will manage multi-trade repair teams, conduct technical and compliance inspections, and support the Contracting Authority's statutory landlord responsibilities. Work encompasses both occupied and unoccupied residential units, communal areas, and authority-owned land and buildings. Suppliers must demonstrate excellence in health and safety, customer service, IT systems integration, scheduling efficiency, social value delivery, environmental sustainability, and performance reporting. While collaboration with the Contracting Authority is essential, no minimum work volume is guaranteed. All suppliers must comply with Procurement Policy Note 01/21 regarding social value in procurement, and contract performance will be evaluated based on measurable social value outcomes alongside technical capabilities.
