Floating Support Service for Mental Health Tenants

This service specification seeks a provider to deliver housing-related floating support to a minimum of 50 individuals with enduring mental health problems. The provider will offer flexible, tailored support to help service users access information, advice, and resources needed to make informed decisions and live independently.
