Brief

Wirral Council is seeking suppliers to provide Target Hardening services that enhance security and safety for victims of domestic abuse and their families across Wirral. Services include: (1) home security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, (2) supply and installation of security equipment such as locks, alarms, lighting, and reinforced doors/windows, and (3) ongoing support to strengthen safety plans and evidence gathering. Target Hardening refers to physical security enhancements designed to reduce the risk of domestic abuse incidents and help residents feel safer in their homes. Suppliers should be able to conduct professional assessments, source appropriate equipment, and complete professional installations for residential properties throughout the Wirral area. This is a soft market testing exercise to understand supplier availability and capabilities.
