    Brief

    HMLR (Her Majesty's Land Registry) is seeking a Data Delivery Partner to accelerate its data transformation and support data-centric objectives. The successful partner will provide specialist expertise across multiple disciplines including Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, along with development and integration of custom applications. Key responsibilities include: planning support and resource allocation for implementing geospatial capabilities at scale; transforming HMLR's existing data to be geospatially linked; and enabling accelerated programme delivery through strategic planning of geospatial and data transformation initiatives. This is a call-off contract procured via Further Competition under RM6195 Big Data Analytics Lot 1. The initial contract term is 4 years with an optional 1-year extension available (maximum 5-year term) at HMLR's sole discretion.
