Framework Agreement for Cut Paper, Card and Envelopes Supply

Hertfordshire County Council is establishing a Framework Agreement to supply cut paper, card and envelopes to their central stores. This is an open procurement divided into four lots: Lot 1 (Branded Copier Paper), Lot 2 (Tinted Copier Paper & Card), Lot 3 (Whitebox Copier Paper), and Lot 4 (Envelopes). Suppliers may bid for one or more lots or individual lines. Goods will be delivered in bulk to Herts Fullstop central stores, with Hampshire County Council participating in Lot 4 only. The tender deadline is 12 noon on 8th April 2026. To participate, organisations must express interest and opt in via the e-tendering system to access full procurement documents. All submissions must be made electronically in PDF format where possible. Tenderers should note that the resulting Framework will be executed as a deed and should seek independent legal advice on the implications. The Framework is subject to available financial resources, supplier performance, and flexibility to meet changing demands.
