Replacement Call Handling System for Alarm Receiving Centre

North Hertfordshire District Council (NHDC) is seeking a replacement Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) platform to support the Herts Careline service. This is the pre-qualification stage of a two-stage procurement process. The ARC provides critical 24/7 monitoring and emergency response services for vulnerable residents and partner organizations. The current system is reaching the end of its technical and contractual life and must be replaced with a modern, secure, and resilient solution that supports both legacy analogue alarm equipment and emerging digital telecare technologies.
