Brief

North Hertfordshire District Council (NHDC) is seeking a replacement Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) platform to support the Herts Careline service. This is the pre-qualification stage of a two-stage procurement process. The ARC provides critical 24/7 monitoring and emergency response services for vulnerable residents and partner organizations. The current system is reaching the end of its technical and contractual life and must be replaced with a modern, secure, and resilient solution that supports both legacy analogue alarm equipment and emerging digital telecare technologies. NHDC has completed preliminary market engagement to inform this procurement. Suppliers must register on the Supply Hertfordshire Portal (In-Tend system) to submit responses. For registration or technical support, contact the In-Tend Helpdesk at 0845 557 8079 or support@in-tend.com.
