Conference Planning and Production Services 2027-2029

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is seeking a conference organiser or agency to plan, produce, and deliver its annual conference for three consecutive years (2027, 2028, and 2029). The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of conference delivery, including developing the event programme, securing speakers from NICE's executive team and partner organisations in health and social care, and attracting sponsors and exhibitors from the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. This is a profit-making opportunity, though the contractor will bear sole financial responsibility for the event. The contract will commence in September/October 2026, with immediate work required to prepare for the 2027 conference. Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents will be available in early June 2026.
