    Brief

    The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD) seeks a construction partner to deliver comprehensive refurbishment works at the Raymond Edwards building. The project involves two main scopes: (1) 2nd floor reconfiguration to convert existing office spaces into one large classroom and two agile working offices, including demolition of internal walls, blocking redundant doorways, new ceiling grid and lighting installation, dado trunking with power and data provision, flooring replacement, decoration, in-room air-conditioning units, kitchenette and furniture supply and installation; and (2) 1st floor toilet block refurbishment including complete sanitaryware replacement, flooring replacement, and decoration. This is an ideal opportunity for contractors with experience in educational building refurbishment, interior demolition, MEP installation, and fit-out works.
