    Brief

    Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking multiple qualified providers to deliver community support services for vulnerable children and young people through an Open Framework Scheme. Services include Short Breaks, Planned Intervention, and Urgent Support for children with disabilities, those on the edge of care, and those in care. The Framework comprises seven lots with annual spending ranging from £100,000 to £650,000, targeting approximately 58,305 children and young people in Stoke-on-Trent, including 8,703 with Special Educational Needs. Lot 1a, 1b, and 1c provide Short Breaks services (non-complex to complex with health support), Lot 2 offers Planned Intervention, and Lots 3a, 3b, and 3c provide urgent support within 24-48 hours. Providers must demonstrate experience in safeguarding, trauma-informed care, proven effectiveness, and employ staff with local knowledge. CQC registration is required for lots involving personal care (1b, 1c, 3b, 3c). Applicants may apply for one or multiple lots based on their capabilities.
