Highland Justice Support and Offender Reintegration Services

This framework seeks a service provider to deliver justice outreach support across the Highland region, helping offenders successfully reintegrate into their communities after the justice system involvement. The service will support individuals in developing essential life skills for independent living, building long-term resilience, and reducing reoffending risk. Key service components include: assistance with housing and benefits applications; promotion of education, training, and employment opportunities; support with daily routines and structure; and coordination with the Council's Justice Service to implement individual case management plans. The ideal provider will have experience working with offenders, understanding rehabilitation principles, and the ability to deliver holistic support that addresses both immediate practical needs and longer-term community reintegration goals.
