Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Services for the Financial Reporting Council

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) is the UK's regulator for auditors, accountants, and actuaries. It sets corporate governance and stewardship standards and oversees audit quality. The FRC has recently reformed its regulatory framework and is now transitioning from reform to implementation. To support this transition and strengthen its external positioning, the FRC is seeking a supplier to provide integrated stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and public affairs support. The successful supplier will help the FRC: build and maintain its reputation as a trusted, proportionate regulator; communicate and drive adoption of its revised regulatory approach; increase understanding of its work among policymakers, Parliament, and key stakeholders; provide intelligence on the political, economic, and regulatory landscape; and develop thought leadership and engagement opportunities. The supplier will work closely with the FRC's internal Stakeholder Engagement and Corporate Affairs team to deliver a strategic, insight-driven programme that supports the organization's evolving priorities and the new Chair's leadership vision.
