Multiple Needs Navigator Service - Bradford

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking a qualified provider to deliver the Multiple Needs Navigator Service across Bradford District. This intensive, person-centred, and trauma-informed support programme targets adults facing multiple and complex challenges, including homelessness or homelessness risk, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse, trauma, and criminal justice involvement. The successful provider will implement a Navigator model offering dedicated keyworker support, outreach engagement, multi-agency coordination, and partnership working to improve outcomes and reduce inequalities for vulnerable residents. Contract Details: Initial 2-year term commencing 1 April 2027, with the option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods subject to funding and performance review. Annual core funding is approximately £280,476, with potential for additional funding opportunities during the contract period subject to confirmation and approval.
