Secure Fleet Vehicle Key Management System for Warwickshire Police

Warwickshire Police is seeking a secure electronic fleet key management solution to manage, track, and audit vehicle key access across 17 operational sites covering approximately 350 fleet vehicle key sets. The solution must provide secure storage, issue, return, audit, reporting, and support functions, replacing inconsistent local practices with a standardized, force-wide controlled system that improves governance, accountability, and risk management. The system should be extensible for other controlled assets (fuel cards, equipment) as optional features. The contract is for 3 years with options to extend for up to two further 12-month periods. Estimated contract value ranges from £151,105 to £182,585 plus VAT depending on rollout scope.
